    If you take their word for it that it was a “technical glitch”, the Dow Jones fake stories could have been the result of test data hitting the production server. I work in QA, and this sort of thing happens sometimes. Of course, best practice is to always make sure to put “TEST” or other obvious clues in the exposed fields.
