  • We’re probably looking at an updated A12Z for MacBook/MacBook Airs. Maybe 6-8 cores for MacBook Pros and who knows for desktop machines?

Everybody seems to forget that something fundamental has changed since the last ISA switch. The age of the GPU has come and most of the heavy lifting work is done with this. This is great news for Rosetta2, as it means emulation performance is less of an issue.

  • Apple Silicon? Because they did “Titan” so well. I’m member #763 here – is there a member with a lower number than me that bothers anymore with this site? Agrees with the abandonment of Apple Computer for post iPhone Apple Inc? 
