  • Guys guys

You made this subject way to complicated.

    for me –

    nazi things – not good
    Free speech – good
Buying cakes – confused – city business license agreement?

Tim Cook is sharing his social views all the time – apple is just sharing its nazi views?

  • In the episode, you tried to compare Appleā€™s removal of ApplePay from hate sites and the baker in Denver refusing to bake a cake to a gay couple. These are not comparable scenarios. The example with Apple is a b2b relationship where Apple is refusing business to a specific vendor, while the baker example is a b2c relationship where the baker is refusing business to a specific consumer. As the public accommodations law concerns consumers, it applies to the baker example, but not the Apple example. The only way Apple would run afoul of public accommodations law is if they refused to sell their products to specific consumers. The distinction is clear here legally and I think it is a good distinction.
