Manage email notifications in settings.

Settings

  1. Open Settings and go to Mail.
  2. Tap on Notifications.

This is where you control the notification settings for each email account. You can choose if a particular account shows badges, banners (and which kind of banners), and the sound alert. You can also select VIPs. VIP settings override all other notification settings, so you won’t miss emails from important people. Finally, you can choose to turn off notifications for all email accounts.
