13-inch Retina MacBook Pro Keyboard Fix on the Way

Some owners of Apple's brand new 13-inch Retina MacBook Pro have been suffering through a problem where their keyboard and trackpad stop responding, but a fix is on the way. Apple has said that it is aware of the problem and is already working on a fix.

Users that suffer from the problem find that their keyboard and trackpad stop responding to input, but in some cases can bring them back to life by putting their laptop to sleep for about a minute. The problem affects only the Retina 13-inch MacBook Pro Apple introduced in October.

According to an Apple support document, the company "is working on an update to resolve this behavior."

There isn't any word from the company as to when the update might be available, but the fact that it is already working on a fix means there's a chance it will come soon.
