VersionTracker.com has launched a new service, VersionTacker Plus and a new version of VersionTracker Pro, bringing it to version 2.0. VersionTracker Plus is a new service designed for software update management, and features extended functionality of the basic VersionTracker Web site. The VersionTracker Pro update features a Mac OS X only palate and real time update posting. According to VersionTracker.com:

VersionTracker Plus pre-sales begin immediately and the service will activate May 23.
VersionTracker Plus extends the functionality of the basic VersionTracker.com site with update customization and by allowing users to create filters for updates based on software title or category and auto-generated email alerts. Key features include:

May 23 also marks the release of version 2.0 of VersionTrackeris VersionTracker Pro service. Pro is now licensed to support up to 10 Macs and has several new features, including a Mac OS X only palate with the updates posted continuously to the desktop in real time. Pro also includes all of the functionality available in Plus.
