Abracode has released an update for MailTemplate, bringing it to version 1.3.1. The app is an email utility designed for creating templates for multiple recipients. The update features a launch bug fix. According to Abracode:
MailTemplate and EntourageTemplate is a Mac OS X software for creating e-mail messages with templates.
One example where mail templates are useful is when you provide a support via e-mail and you often receive similar or identical questions which require similar or identical responses. MailTemplate and EntourageTemplate offer an easy solution: create your templates once and use them in your new messages or responses.
Version 1.3.1 fixes a problem with launching the template editor from contextual menu.
This problem was reported by several users and may happen after fresh installation: the template editor application is not registered with Launch Services until you launch it manually from Applications folder and then log out. The new version hopefully fixes this inconvenience.
If you did not encounter this problem you may not need this update.
You can find more information about the MailTemplate update at the Abracode Web site. MailTemplate 1.3.1 is free for registered users, while the full version is available shareware for US$10.00.
