Abracode has released an update for QuickAccessCM, bringing it to version 1.4. QuickAccessCM is a contextual menu plug-in designed for accessing frequently used files and documents. The update features improved help features and other minor enhancements. According to Abracode:
QuickAccessCM is a plug-in for easy access to frequently used folders, documents and applications.
Whatis new in version 1.4:
- Separated menu name from from actual file or folder name in preparation for QuickAccess menu items editor. Although the items editor is not available yet, the CM plug-in itself is ready for new format. It means that the menu name no longer has to be the same as file/folder that it refers to
- Help for first time users. Some users were confused that after installing the plug-in and ctrl-clicking on Desktop no additional menus were shown. It happened because first time users had empty lists of items for "Quick Access", "Move To" or "Copy To" so menus were not populated. In new version users will notice new menu items immediately and submenus will contain the information what to do nex
- Other minor changes
