Adobe announced the immediate availability of After Effects 7.0 on Tuesday. Adobe added several new features to its motion graphics and visual effects application, including high-fidelity OpenGL 2.0 support, Flash Video export, tools to improve workflows, support for Adobe Bridge, and more. The Professional edition also has tools for speeding up and slowing down footage without introducing artifacts. After Effects 7.0 requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher, and is priced at US$999 for the Professional edition, and $699 for the Standard edition.
