According to a Reuters article at Yahoo News, Apple has given Al Gore 30,000 stock options with an exercise price of US$14.95. Al Gore, former vice president of the USA and Appleis latest addition to its board of directors, was given the options as part of Appleis standard compensation package for its non-executive directors, according to the Reuters report. In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the company said it gave its new director Gore 30,000 stock options with an exercise price of $14.95.
