A pple has released the first update for Xserve, which is conveniently called Xserve Update 1.0. The release includes improvements to many Xserve specific features. This from Apple:
Xserve Update 1.0 provides updates and enhancements to the serial port, ATA hard disk drivers, server assistant, and server monitoring functions of Xserve.
