Apple's Fifth Ave. Store Honors One Millionth Visitor

Appleis Fifth Avenue store in New York City honored its one millionth shopper on Saturday, bestowing a black MacBook, an iPod, an iPod Hi-Fi, and an Apple ProCare membership on a surprised Elizabeth Rodriguez when she reached the bottom of the glass staircase.

According to ifoAppleStore, the Fifth Avenue store, which is open 24 hours a day, has seen an average of 8,772 visitors each day since it opened on May 19, far more than the 8,956 weekly shoppers that Appleis other retail outlets average.
