< A href="http://www.automaticduck.com/">Automatic Duck has released an update for Pro Import FCP, a utility designed for transferring OMF files from an Avid timeline into Final Cut Pro for editing. In addition to many fixes and improvements, this new version adds support for Video Strobe and Dip to Color effects from Avid editing systems.
Pro Import FCP supports importing OMF 2.0 29.97fps (NTSC) and 25fps (PAL) sequences. 24fps is not currently supported. The app will import into either Final Cut Pro 4.1 or 4.5.
