Chronos LC announced Monday a new application for creating and printing labels and envelopes on Mac OS X - the second in the series of Small Office/Home Office products Chronos will be releasing this year.
SOHO Labels & Envelopes 1.0 includes a searchable database of more than 13,000, 300-dpi photographs and photos of objects and vector clip art images as well as 50 Bitstream fonts, design tools, special (customizable) effects, image masks, smart fields, integration with Mac OS X Address Book and more.
It supports over 1000 popular label and envelope stocks and ships with dozens of ready-made designs and templates. Users can add USPS POSTNET barcodes for shipping or choose from over 10 different barcodes for inventory and equipment labels
The product will automatically merge data from the Mac OS X Address Book, In addition, there are smart-fields for logos, initials, one-line addresses and more. Eight text fitting options can automatically shrink or expand text as necessary or modify letter spacing for full justification effects.
The product will be available will be available for download on or before August 16 for US$29.99 online with a $10 discount for pre-orders. The product will ship on a 2-CD set a week later.
