Companies Team For Advanced QuickTime VR Support

Kaidan and REALVIZ are teaming up to offer users advanced QuickTime VR creation and display tools. Kaidan has long been a leader in hardware for producing panoramas, while REALVIZ makes software which simplifies the process of creating QuickTime VR panoramas. According to Kaidan:

Kaidan announced today an alliance with REALVIZ. Effective immediately, Kaidan will offerbundles with REALVIZ Stitcher, immersive imaging software, along with Kaidan1s multi-row panoramic tripod heads. Initially, the first bundled version of Stitcher 1.5 will support the Windows NT/2000 environment. Both companies are working together to introduce broadened support for Windowsand other user platforms. These new versions and next-generation automated solutions will be demonstrated at the REALVIZ stand (#M 8945) at the upcoming NAB show in Las Vegas, April 23-26, 2001.
