DEVONtechnologies on Wednesday released Universal Binaries for DEVONthink Personal and DEVONnote and issued maintenance updates for DEVONthink Professional and DEVONagent, both of which were previously upgraded to run on Intel processors.
Other changes in DEVONthink Personal 1.97 and DEVONnote 1.9 include easier to use import and index options, a redesigned search window, and revised and simplified preference panels. DEVONthink Personal also offers searching for items by labels, lock status, or state and Finder comment recognition when indexing files. Both applications offer performance improvements as well.
The changes in DEVONthink Personal are also included in the Professional 1.1.1 update. DEVONagent 2.0.1 offers new shortcuts, a more reliable advertisement filter, support for more text encodings, and better compatibility to appearance haxies such as ShapeShifter.
These are free updates for existing users. All four applications require Mac OS X v10.3.9 or v10.4. DEVONthink Professional sells for US$ 79.95, DEVONthink Personal for US$ 39.95, DEVONnote for US$ 19.95, and DEVONagent for US$ 49.95. DEVONthink Personal can be upgraded to DEVONthink Professional for US$ 45, DEVONagent 1.x to DEVONagent 2.x for US$ 19.95. DEVONagent is also available together with DEVONthink Professional as the "Infoworkeris Pro Bundle" for US$ 99.95.
