Diagram/Flowchart App Gets New Feature

CS-Odessa has updated their diagram and flowchart creation tool, ConceptDraw, to version 1.58. ConceptDraw allows users to easily create complex line diagrams and flowcharts by choosing from a set of pre-defined shapes and tools. The new version includes a feature making it easier to fit text inside a diagram. According to CS-Odessa:

Computer Systems Odessa Corp., today released ConceptDraw v1.58 for MacOS and Windows, a newer version of the powerful flowcharting and diagramming software package.

  • Fit To Text tool - adjusts object to the size of the text inside.
  • Intuitive working with handles - now itis possible to select multiple handles of any kind (not only vertices). This adds additional capabilities, like resizing and moving a number of objects at a time with the keyboard, and more.
  • Smart Selection - the program remembers which objects were selected the last time (if more than one) and allows to restore the entire selection by clicking on any of these objects.
  • Minor interface changes (menus, shortcuts, toolbars).

Also this update fixes some known problems with printing, drag&drop;and pasting into other applications.
