Previously only available in a single drive unit, at this weekis show the company introduced a new MacElite unit with 2 drives, effectively doubling the throughput when compared to their single drive unit.

The MacElite system handles all aspects of disc production, from reading and caching the original, to designing and printing a professional-quality label. The CD-R version can produce at least 20 CD-Rs per hour, and the DVD version can produce 7 DVD-Rs or 18 CD-Rs per hour. The input and output spindles can hold up to 125 discs, so you can leave the unit alone for quite some time before having to add more media.
The Mac Elite with 2 CD-R drives is priced at $3,590, and with 2 DVD-R drives is $4,390.
