Dualy Adds 802.11b/g/n to USB Macs

QuickerTek announced the immediate availability of its USB-based 802.11b/g/n Dualy wireless network adapter on Tuesday. The adapter includes two 500 milliwatt transceivers, dual 3 dBi antennas, and can potentially offer better signal strength than a Macis built-in AirPort hardware.

The Dualy is designed to clip to Mac laptops, but also works with Appleis desktop computers. It requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher, is Leopard compatible, and supports any USB-equipped Mac including older models like the G4 Cube.

QuickerTekis Dualy is available at the company Web site and is priced at US$324.95.
