Pubblog.com on Thursday released version 6.0 of its e-mail archiving solution MailSteward, adding support for Intel processors to the software in addition to various performance enhancements and bug fixes. Other changes include the ability to simultaneously parse and store e-mail files, continuous feedback during the Store command to show the current e-mails being processed, and the ability to hide, bring to the front, stop or quit the application during the Store operation.
This is a free update. The full software is US$29.95, with a 50-license version available for $300. The demo is full-featured but limited to archiving 1,000 e-mails. Mac OS X v10.4 is required. MailSteward works with Mac OS X Mail or exported mbox files.
