Bare Bones Software has released an update for Mailsmith, bringing it to version 1.5.3. Mailsmith is an email client designed for Mac users. The update features performance enhancements including improved content searching and bug fixes. According to Bare Bones Software:

Mailsmith 1.5.3 introduces the ability to locate messages rapidly, based on their relevance to specified words or phrases. This content searching can locate relevant messages in a matter of seconds, even for large mail stores.
This new version also brings several other enhancements, including the ability to quickly create a new outgoing message with attachments by dropping the files (or folders) to be attached onto Mailsmithis application icon; the addition of a new "(any address)" term to Mailsmithis advanced query capability; the ability to transform displayed messages for easier reading, and improved notification of new mail arrival via the Dock on Mac OS X.
