Extensis Portfolio Adds Support For Tiger, CS 2, More Raw Camera Formats

Extensis on Tuesday released Portfolio 7.0.6, an update to its digital asst management software that adds support for Adobeis Creative Suite 2 and Mac OS X v10.4 "Tiger." In addition, support for 14 new camera formats was added, bringing to over 50 the number of cameras supported in Portfolio Raw Filter 2. Cameras from Nikon, Olympus, Canon, Konica Minolta and Pentax were among the additions.

This is a free update for existing users. Portfolio 7 is US$199.95, with NetPublish licenses available for $199.95 for five concurrent Web connections or $999.95 for unlimited concurrent Web connections. Upgrades from earlier versions of Portfolio are $99.95. Portfolio Server is $3,499.95, with upgrades available for $1,199.95. NetPublish Server licenses are $1,999.95.

Portfolio 7 client and Server editions require Mac OS X v10.3, a G3 processor (G4 or G5 recommended), 256MB RAM (512MB recommended), 150MB free hard drive space and QuickTime 6.4.
