Saguaro Studios, Inc. has released an update for Faustis Friend, bringing it to version 2.3. Faustis Friend is a news ticker app designed to display headlines from popular Mac news Web sites. The latest version features bug fixes and marks the transition of Faustis Friend to Saguaro Studios. According to Saguaro Studios:
Saguaro Studios, Inc. today shipped version 2.3 of Faustis Friend, a ticker application that displays headlines from several of the top Macintosh Websites. This maintenance release fixes issues with the existing channels and reflects the transition of Faustis Friend from Stimpsoft, Inc. to Saguaro Studios.
"Though as Mac fans we were sad to hear that Stimpsoft was closing its doors, weire excited that weive been able to provide a good home for Faustis Friend," said Sean McMains, Saguaro Studiosi president.
Faustis Friend currently provides channels for the following Websites:
