FileMaker Developer Conference Planned For Aug. 13-17

FileMaker, Inc. on Monday announced that registration is now open for the FileMaker Developer Conference, which will take place Aug. 13 to 17 in Orlando, Fla. The theme is "Bringing FileMaker Solutions to the Web," and more than 1,200 people are expected to attend its over 60 sessions.

The sessions will be grouped into four tracks: Fundamentals, Advanced, Web Publishing, and Workshop. A vendor showcase will feature third-party FileMaker solutions and products, while the 2006 FileMaker Excellence Awards will honor the best of them. FileMaker president Dominique Goupil will deliver the opening keynote.

Attendees who register before June 30 will be charged US1,095; after that date, the price will be $1,295. Various pre-conference seminars are available.
