Fire Updated With Latest Yahoo Support

The Fire Development Team has released an update for Fire, bringing it to version 0.32.i. Fire is a utility designed for instant messages. The update features support for the latest Yahoo authentication change. According to The Fire Development Team:

The Fire Development Team is pleased to announce the availability of Fire version 0.32.i.

Fire is an instant messenger client for Mac OS 10.1 and above supporting AIM, Yahoo, MSN, Jabber, ICQ, and irc.

The primary change in this release is support for the new Yahoo Authentication scheme which was last changed by Yahoo on January 8, 2004. Thanks to some awesome work and cooperation in the Open Source community, this issue has been resolved, and we have released a new version of Fire which allows you to connect with Yahoo again.

You can find more information about the latest version of Fire at the The Fire Development Team Web site. Fire is available freeware.
