Noodlesoft announced the immediate availability of Hazel 2 for the Mac on Thursday. The updated version of the automated file organization application added the ability to create rules to rename and sort files based on any file attribute, and added Growl notifications.
The new version also added an App Sweep feature that removes support files for applications that are no longer on your hard drive, improved Spotlight support, added a preview feature, and updated the menu bar icon.
Hazel 2 is priced at US$21.95, and is available for download at the Noodlesoft Web site.
