Iconfactory Releases New OS X Icon Set

Iconfactory has released a new set of OS X icons, including ones for the new PowerMac G4s. The Smoothicons 3 set is the latest in a line of brilliant OS X icons and also includes icons for the latest iBook. According to Iconfactory:

Along with the rest of the Macintosh community, the gang here at The Iconfactory were waiting in anticipation for announcements of new products at Wednesdayis MacWorld Keynote speech. If and when Steve announced a flat-panel iMac, resident artist and founder, Corey Marion was ready to spring into action and pump out icons of them.

Alas, the main item worthy of a new icon turned out to be the new "Quicksilver" G4 tower. Regardless of the lack of spiffy new Apple industrial designs, The Iconfactory is proud to announce the release of Smoothicons 3 for Mac OS X. This small set includes the 2001 iBook, the "new" G4 tower, invaluable disk icons and more for OS X users in the bold, Smoothicon style. Stop by The Iconfactory today to download this latest freeware collection and you should have almost everything you need for a completely new desktop.

You can find more information, and download the latest icon set, at the Iconfactory Web site.
