According to an article published on the eWeek Web site, Appleis ongoing lawsuits against several rumor sites, including Think Secret and AppleInsider, have failed to stop the flow of information from them. In particular, Think Secret, which recently filed a motion to dismiss the suit against it under Californiais Anti-SLAPP law, has published the news that Apple will soon update its Power Mac G5 and G5 iMac computers, the former "within a few days" of the April 29 release of Mac OS X v10.4 "Tiger," the companyis latest operating system.
