Lightsoft Updates Kairos With Improved Data Fetching

Lightsoft has released an update for Kairos, bringing it to version 2.0.1. Kairos is a desktop weather reporting and monitoring utility. The update fixes several bug issues including data fetching fixes. According to Lightsoft:

Lightsoft are pleased to announce the immediate availability of Kairos V2.0.1.

Kairos is a weather graphing and monitoring application for Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) and later.

Kairos records the weather conditions for up to three locations and graphs the data. Kairos can be programmed with an unlimited number of custom alerts that can send out emails and run scripts when triggered; the software comes with three pre-programmed alerts - ice, rain and clear sky. In addition the software can speak the weather and display current conditions in the dock.

Version 2.0.1 is a maintenance update that fixes a problem with fetching data from The Weather Underground, improves the rain alert and fixes an erroneous error report to the system log.
