Onset Computer Corporation announced the immediate availability of research-grade Mac compatible weather stations on Friday. The 15-channel HOBO Weather Station and 4-channel HOBO Micro Station are designed to track and record information about temperature, relative humidity, rainfall, soil moisture, photosynthetic light (PAR), solar radiation, wind speed and direction, leaf wetness, and barometric pressure. OnSetis HOBOware application analyses and graphs the Weather Station data on your Mac, and lets you export it for use in spreadsheets.
The 15-channel HOBO Weather Station is priced at US$399, and the 4-channel HOBO Micro Station is $199. HOBOware for the Mac is $95.
