Mandolux Posts New Desktops

Mandolux has released new desktops for download today. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent anywhere from abstract imagery to dual monitor desktop configs. According to Mandolux:

mandolux (http://www.mandolux.com) has issued three giant desktops: one New Zealand (Landscape) and a dual Fire Redux (Abstract).

About the desktops:

  • Lately, the weather in Southern California is getting warmer and warmer which is no-biggie for me since I love to get sweaty :) Two weeks ago I get an email from someone who just came back from his honeymoon and though his photos would make great desktops. On the day I got the photos, the temperature went all the way to ninety-two degrees and when I saw the desktop I will start this collection with, youill see why I choose it. The thing that amazed me the most about this wonderful photograph of mountaintops, snowcaps, and crevasses is the horizon: how the mountaintops turn into a shore (you have to look carefully) and how the clouds have carpeted the ocean. How I wished I lived in a place like New Zealand!
  • Lastly, there is a new giant dual monitor Fiery desktop titled Fritzi - a down-view picture of mainly frames juxtaposed with each other

You can find more information about the new desktops at the Mandolux Web site. The desktops are available as free downloads.
