MaxUpgrades announced the immediate availability of its new MaxSink memory chip heatsink for fully buffered DIMM memory modules on Friday. The heatsink is designed for 533Mhz and 667Mhz memory chips like the ones used in the Mac Pro, and includes thermal conductive interface pads to improve heat dissipation.
