Memorex on Tuesday added to its line of TravelDrive devices with the flash-based Mini TravelDrive, which offers up to 2GB of storage in a 2.25 x .85 x .33-inch form factor. Memorex expects to ship it next month in 256MB (US$39.99), 512MB ($59.99), 1GB ($99.99) and 2GB ($179.99) capacities.
The Mini TravelDrive comes with SecureTD software, which enables users to create a password-protected partition. It also comes with a lanyard. It works with any USB 1.1 or USB 2.0 port.
