New Desktops At Mandolux

Mandolux has released new desktops for download. The desktops are images for use as the background on Macs, and represent several different themes including abstract imagery. According to Mandolux:

Howdy!

I hope everything in your life is going excellent and wish you and your family the best of luck.

Mandolux has issued this week ten new desktops for download. The new desktops are: two Austere Petals (rose petals/macro), two Technosis/Anthraxis (abstract/light), and four Giants/Dual Monitor desktops (Clouds/nature).

About the desktops:

  • The two new Austere Petals are just beautiful. Their names are Kari and Jule. Kari has this wonderful yellow composition with a central contour reflecting light and Jule is a red petal with a few waves and a stroke of color traveling through it. No doubt, Austere Petals are going to satisfy a lot of people
  • The new Technosis/Anthraxis desktops are named River of Light and Another Snake. They are really interesting in that they both are pictures of light taken in a slow speed for effect
  • And lastly, the new and awesome desktops for the Giants/Dual Monitor theme are name Aether. This is a picture of clouds surrounded by the light of the Sun creating a quite relaxing and ‘angelic’ view of the sky. The desktop is available in 1920x1200 (Giant), 1600x1200 (regular) and in Dual Monitor formats. The name Aether refers to “the personification of the pure upper air in which the gods reside, in contrary to the iaeri, the lower air which mortals breathe"

You can find more information about the new desktops at the Mandolux Web site. The desktops are available as free downloads.
