FireWire Depot has introduced a new 4U rackmount enclosure (US$1,199) that can hold up to 12 3.5-inch IDE hot-swappable hard drives, accommodating up to 6TB of storage. It can be set up in a variety of RAID configurations, including standard partition, mirroring, striping, or a combination thereof.
