Bare Bones Software has updated their e-mail client, Mailsmith, to version 1.1.7. Mailsmith is a full-featured e-mail client, providing a powerful alternative to the standard Mac e-mail clients such as Eudora and Outlook Express. According to Bare Bones Software:

This new version includes improved support for SMTP authentication and several changes that make it easier to use Mailsmith within the Classic environment on Mac OS X.
