OS X Is Here... Start Carbonizing!

With yesterdayis release of OS X Beta, the focus is now clearly on the new product, and what exactly users can do with it. For users to truly take advantage of all the modern features of OS X, applications need to be retooled for the new OS. Apple is taking steps to make that transition as easy as possible. According to Apple:

With the public beta of Mac OS X here, and the commercial release just over the horizon, Mac developers everywhere have a huge need for Carbon and Cocoa application development/porting, Aqua user interface implementation, and driver development services. Toward that end, eleven high-quality software engineering firms, in association with the Apple Developer Connection, are offering these services at very attractive discounts to all ADC Select and Premier members.

You can find more information on these tools, and available discounts, at the Apple web site.
