Objectpark Development has released a beta version of Menu Calendar 2.0. Menu Calendar us a utility designed as a one-click calendar viewer. The latest beta release features iCal event support and expanded options. According to Objectpark Development:
Objectpark Software releases a Public Beta of version 2 of the popular Mac calendaring utility iMenu Calendari.
With Menu Calendar 2, a pocket calendar is always at hand, reachable from an icon at Mac OS X the menu bar.
The single most important new feature in version 2 is the ability to show appointments/events from iCal in its own little calendar - either as stickies (tool tips) at the calendar or as list of events.
New features in Menu Calendar 2 Public Beta:
- shows events from iCal in the calendar as tool tips
- shows events from iCal in a monthly schedule list
- new look/preference panel with extended options requested by users
- hotkey activation (pressing Control-Option-Command-C shows/hides the calendar at any time)
