The updated version of the application for creating document outlines includes LinkBack support, improved AppleScript support, new import/export features, interface enhancements, better Spotlight support, and more. The update is free for existing version 3.x users. OmniOutliner 3.5 is priced at US$39.95, the Pro version is $69.95.
