The Omni Group has released a new plug-in for OmniOutliner users. OmniOutliner is a Cocoa based list creator designed for making lists and outlines in OS X. The new add-on features support for exporting OmniOutliner files into iCal. According to The Omni Group:
The Omni Group announced the second of an ongoing series of free "add-on" releases to their products. The Export to iCal add-on allows OmniOutliner users to create iCal calendars from their OmniOutliner documents.
The Export to iCal add-on provides the ability for OmniOutliner users to export a document to an iCal To Do item list, making an item for each entry in an outline. If an outline also contains columns for due dates and priorities, that information will be transferred to iCal as well.
The Omni Group also released an update to the previously released OmniOutliner Export to iPod add-on.
