Parallels Desktop Release Candidate Available

Parallels released Parallels Desktop 2.1.1832.0 on Thursday, bringing the beta application closer to an official release. Parallels lets you run several different operating systems, like Windows and Linux, at the same time on Intel-based Macs. The new version adds a new interface, improves stability and performance, adds an Uninstaller, improves networking and USB support, and more. This update is considered a Release Candidate, and is available for download at the Parallels Web site.

Parallels Desktop will be priced at US$49.99 when it is officially released. Pre-order pricing is $39.99.
