Presentation App Teamslide Adds Skype Support, More

Telepark on Friday issued version 1.8 of its cross-platform Web presentation software Teamslide, adding support for Skype and two new remote features, as well as various performance improvements.

Remote Highlight allows users to highlight key points on a slide, either with a pointer or by drawing a box around any part of it. Remote URL lets presenters send a Web site link to all participants, who can open it in a new browser window.

Teamslideis performance improvements include dynamic presentation folders, support for auto-login, and better support for Microsoftis Internet Information Services Web server, as well as enhancements to Mac OS X support.

Teamslide sells for US$99 for a single license and $399 and $799 for five- and ten-presenter licenses, respectively. Enterprise licenses are also available. Service, support, and update packages sell for $19 for three months, $29 for six months, and $49 for one year.
