Prosoft Engineering has released new versions of Data Backup and Data Rescue, bringing them to versions 2.0 and 10.4 respectively. Data Backup is a utility designed for file backup and synching. Prosoftis award-winning Data Rescue X, an emergency file recovery program, debuts version 10.4 with a new user interface, faster recovery, and extended capabilities. With the addition of Content Based Recovery, Data Rescue X v10.4 supports flash media cards from digital cameras and MP3 players. Data Rescue X v10.4 will even recover deleted pictures from media cards.
Both new products will be integrated into Prosoftis Data Safety Suite, a bundle including Data Backup, Data Recycler and Data Rescue, offering complete protection from data loss.
