Black Cat System has released an update for Rad, bringing it to version 1.3.0. Rad is the software driver for the GM-10 desktop radiation detector. The update has enahancements including automated Web chart update improvements and bug fixes. According to Black Cat Systems:
Black Cat Systems announces the release of version 1.3.0 of the Rad software for the GM-10 nuclear radiation detector, which plugs into any Macintosh or Windows computer (using a standard serial port) and detects alpha, beta, gamma, and x-ray radiation.
The latest version of Rad includes improvements to the automated uploading of graph images to Websites, the ability to print copies of data graphs, as well as several other improvements and bugfixes.
The accompanying Rad software charts radiation levels over time, stores data to disk for further analysis, and can even automatically upload graphs of data to your website!
