The National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) on Wednesday announced that registration is now open for the Boston edition of Photoshop World Conference & Expo, which NAPP is sponsoring in conjunction with Adobe. Scheduled for Sept. 7 to 9 at Bostonis Hynes Convention Center, the show promises to be "the main educational event for Photoshop users, graphic designers and digital photographers eager to be on the cutting edge of Photoshop CS, CS2 and innovative digital imaging techniques," according to a statement released by NAPP.
NAPP members can register for Photoshop World through Aug. 12 and receive a US$100 discount off the cost of a three-day pass to the conference. After that date, the price goes up to $499. Non-NAPP members will have to pay $100 more for early bird or regular registration. In addition to the pass, the registration fee covers a one-year membership to NAPP, a one-year subscription to Photoshop User magazine and access to the members-only area of the NAPP Web site, which features tutorials, product discounts and more.
This year, Photoshop World expects to host nine pre-conference workshops, over 75 classes and seven bonus sessions offered during a two-day tech Expo. 33 Photoshop experts will teach all the classes and workshops.
