Marc Moini has updated his excellent scrolling utility, Smart Scroll, to version 3.7.1. Smart Scroll allows users to customize scroll speeds for their systems, allowing more control over scrolling on Appleis latest, and fastest, systems. According to Mr. Moini:

Version 3.7.1 adds support for Mac OS 9.1, runs under Mac OS Xis Classic,and fixes a few minor issues.
