Steve Wozniak To Keynote AppleVention 2000

The AppleSiders of Cincinnati announced that Steve Wozniak, Apple Computeris co-founder, will speak at AppleVention 2000. This event will take place Saturday, October 21, 2000 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the campus of Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky. According to AppleSiders:

Steve was recently inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame, honored for his creation of the Apple II computer. He also lead the use of computers into the education arena. This will be his fifth visit to AppleVention during the 21 year history of AppleSiders user group.

AppleVention 2000 is proud to also feature a concert and music editing demonstration by world renowned recording artist, Suzanne Ciani. This 5-time Grammy nominee is a composer and pioneer in the field of electronic music and sound design. She has been a devoted user of Apple Macintosh computers since 1986 for music editing, business, and multimedia content.
