Synergy puts iTunes controls in your Mac OS X menu bar, offers global hot keys to control iTunes from any application, and automatically handles cover art downloads.
Todayis update adds support for Growl, a third-party global notification utility that allows the user to control how messages from the system and applications are delivered on-screen. The update also adds the ability to run scripts and launch items on track changes.
