The Washington Timesi Mark Kellner reports on a positive experience with the Genius Bar at the Apple Store in Tysons Corner, where he was able to set up an appointment, "ask a simple question and get an unambiguous answer in plain English." While such retail outlets as Best Buy and CompUSA arenit known for customer-friendly service departments, Mr. Kellner notes that the people whose conversations he eavesdropped on had questions that "were answered in short order. More difficult ones were dealt with courteously and carefully -- I didnit see anyone get a bumis rush away from the counter."
Mr. Kellner sums up his experience thus: "Perhaps thatis Appleis greatest bit of genius in all of this, after all."
