Traffic To Apple.com Continues To Decrease

As t he excitement of the recent MACWORLD Expo continues to wear off, traffic to the Apple site continues to diminish. For the first time in many weeks, the Apple.com site saw less that 1 million visitors last week, and Apple dropped to 5th on the PC Data Top 10 list for hardware sites. The top of the list contained the usual suspects, with Dell, Compaq, Gateway, and HP all drawing more traffic than Apple. The rest of the list was also status quo, with this weekis only newcomer, Sun, joining IBM and Intel representing hardware makers, while Egghead and Outpost again made the list as hardware resellers.
